Human Resources Coordinator at Celltrion Healthcare Responsible for supporting Colombia and Mexico entities’ Accounting & Finance process in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and also finance related administrative tasks. Finance Coordinator reports to Country manager and HQ directly. Key Responsibilities Book expenses on the accounting system (Microsoft AX) and make payments through firm-banking system. Share documentation/evidence with local bookkeeping companies. Review financial statements from bookkeeping companies on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis according to Local GAAP & IFRS. Report FS to CTHC HQ Global Finance team. Manage and file official documents (Approvals, Contracts such as DA, MPSA with Partners, all invoices, etc.). Coordinate yearly financial audit with external auditor as company's contact person. Issue sales invoices according to the local law. Develop, revise and adhere to accounting systems, procedures and controls. Preparation and presentation of tax returns under Local Tax law (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.). Manage and control ordinary treasury tasks (Payment, Receipt). Write Cash Plan & Report for company's operation. Monitor cash flow for company's operation monthly. Manage corporate card settlement and bank reconciliation. Manage and control all accounting and budgeting reports. Required Experience 5 ~ 8 years of experience in financial or administration area. Former Accounting/Finance team member. Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred. Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
