As a Healthcare Dispatcher , you’ll be the key link between healthcare providers, service teams, and clients. You’ll manage scheduling, ensure seamless communication, and help resolve any service-related challenges. Coordinating between clients, service providers, and internal teams. Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth operations. Maintaining accurate records of appointments and service requests. Following up to confirm service completion. Generating reports on service performance and appointment outcomes. What You Bring to the Table: Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Sharp attention to detail – accuracy in scheduling and communication is key. Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel). Problem-solving mindset – you don’t just flag issues, you solve them. Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
