Job Summary The Customer Support Representative provides excellent customer experiences while managing the logistical flow and aspects of sales support operations. This role involves coordinating order fulfillment, managing sales support activities, coordinating logistics with 3rd‑party and in‑house teams of WEGO, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of trade operations. Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels. Provide support solutions of sales, logistics and basic financial matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Support & Reporting: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and handling customer accounts. Analyze sales data and provide insights to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Support Sales Managers, Account Manager with excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced trade environment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics operations. Generate regular reports on customer service metrics, basic financial and logistics performance. Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, inventory, or shipping. Collaborate with internal teams locally & globally (sales, warehouse, logistics, custom broker) to fulfill customer orders. Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipment planning, tracking, and delivery schedules. Work with freight forwarders, carriers, custom brokers in order to inform the clients accordingly. Ensure all shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, customs forms) is accurate and compliant with regulations. Key Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proficient in English, in both oral and written Detail oriented High level of communication skills and problem‑solving skills Customer‑centric approach with a high level of adaptability when dealing with diverse cultures and teams. Knowledge of supply chain processes, shipping regulations, and international logistics – preferred.
