Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. Manage and optimize resources to meet financial targets and budget goals. Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze operational processes. Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-performance standards are met. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work nights and weekends.
