Job Description Perform day to day tasks within the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream such as daily invoice processing (PO and Non-PO), expense reports audit, and support month‑end closing activities. The performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI’s. Specific Responsibilities Timely and accurate review, validation, and processing of incoming invoices (e.g., PO, Non-PO, credit card statements) to accounting system. Ensure that invoices are properly coded and booked in accordance to SGS Chart of Accounts. Verify that the invoices comply with SGS policies and procedures. Audit travel and expense liquidation in accordance with existing rules and regulations. Process prepayments and follow up on prepaid invoices. Respond to basic vendor inquiries and escalate complex cases. Collaborate with colleagues to share and clarify accounting information. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding P2P inquiries (e.g. invoices, payments, travel, and expenses audit responses). Support resolution of match exceptions in coordination with relevant teams. Collaborate with R2R team to monitor AP transactions in bank reconciliation. Follow up on transactions on the long‑outstanding items in the Accounts Payables Trial Balance (Ageing). Follow up on invoices on hold. Prepare and review other month end P2P transactions. Assist in AP Subledger close and other month end activities. Ensure monthly checklists are completed by the month end and signed off by AP Supervisor. Assist AP Supervisor in monitoring internal controls and tracking KPIs. Assist AP Supervisor in preparing reports (e.g., KPI reports), and any other adhoc activities. Collaborate with the team to address stakeholder inquiries. Participate in process improvement discussions and share observations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance. General knowledge of accounting principles. 2+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable. Oracle E-Business Suite Knowledge (Oracle EBS) – Mandatory. English B2 (Mandatory).
