About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for non-IT roles to join our global TA team. You will be hiring across LATAM and the US , with occasional roles in Canada and EMEA . In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their needs and manage the full recruitment cycle with a clear and organized approach. You’ll focus on finding great talent, keeping candidates informed, and ensuring the process feels smooth for everyone involved. There will also be opportunities to contribute to broader TA projects and help us continuously improve how we work. Location: Medellín, Colombia – Hybrid or fully remote from within Colombia. Hours: semi-flexible with core hours between 10 am to 3 pm. Your direct manager will be based in the EMEA time zone. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across LATAM and the US , with occasional support for Canada and EMEA , ensuring timely and high-quality hiring results. Work closely with hiring managers to understand each role and create effective sourcing approaches that fit the market. Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders and act as a reliable advisor throughout the hiring process. Deliver well-balanced, competitive shortlists by using a mix of sourcing channels and up-to-date market insights. Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience, keeping communication clear and timely. Collaborate with the global TA team to support hiring needs in other regions when required. Contribute to cross-regional initiatives aimed at improving tools, processes, and overall recruitment efficiency. Keep recruitment systems accurate and up to date, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and external compliance requirements. Stay current on regional talent trends to guide hiring decisions and improve stakeholder consultation. Tools iCIMS (our global ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel About You You are a proactive recruiter with experience in e2e process with focus on the candidate experience. You thrive in collaboration, communicate clearly and have interest in learning about recruitment in various countries. You’ll be a great candidate for this role, if you have: Fluent English – both written and spoken, as you’ll be working in an international environment. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a regional or global setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent. Willingness to learn about recruitment practices and labor markets in different countries. Collaborative mindset, with openness to support hiring needs outside of the NASA region when needed. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Continuous improvement mindset, eager to contribute to process enhancements and cross-regional projects.
