Talent Technical Assessment Analyst at BairesDev We’re seeking a Talent Technical Assessment Analyst to understand and define technologies, including their key domains, by translating general definitions into business‑specific terms. You’ll streamline our evaluation process by developing and interacting with internal systems and tools, which may leverage AI, to ensure seamless integration into business workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of talent assessment through innovative solutions while collaborating cross‑functionally to optimize workflows, integrate solutions, and analyze data to improve processes. What You’ll Do Research and refine skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards. Create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills. Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams to integrate assessment tools into workflows. Create scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency. Analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights. Develop and interact with AI‑powered internal systems for evaluation. Optimize and streamline talent evaluation processes. Required What we are looking for: 2 years of overall professional experience. 1+ year experience in Software Development. Strong Python programming skills. Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis. Process Optimization expertise. Django framework knowledge. Advanced level of English. Plus Technical Writing experience. Web Development skills. Statistics knowledge. AI/Prompt Engineering experience. SQL proficiency. 1+ year in Learning & Development. 1+ year in Data Management. 1+ year in IT Recruitment.
