We are seeking a bilingual Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B sales, focused on business development, account management, and closing opportunities in professional services. Responsibilities Development and execution of B2B sales strategies. Active prospecting and generation of new business opportunities. Management of the complete sales cycle: initial contact, service presentation, negotiation, and closing. Follow-up and management of sales accounts. Coordination with operational teams to ensure proper service delivery. Preparation of sales reports and monitoring of performance indicators. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or similar. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO or KPO sector in a sales role. Experience managing clients in the USA (essential). Negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
