Senior Webmaster / Web Administrator (WordPress + AWS LightSail) Modality: Home Office Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) About the Role At Quiroga Law Office PLLC (U.S. immigration law firm founded by immigrants, for immigrants), we’re looking for a Senior Webmaster / Web Administrator to own our WordPress sites and infrastructure on AWS LightSail, cPanel y servidores CentOS . You’ll combine web administration, frontend, SEO, tracking, security and automation, working closely with IT, development and marketing. Main Responsibilities Administer and optimize WordPress (themes, plugins, performance, security, updates, backups). Manage AWS LightSail , DNS, monitoring, scaling, backups and costs. Manage hosting with cPanel and CentOS (DNS, email, cron jobs, backups, SSL/TLS). Apply technical SEO and performance improvements using Semrush, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse . Configure and maintain tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and pixels. Ensure secure setups following OWASP and do basic WCAG accessibility checks. Build automations with Zapier, Make or similar to connect websites with CRMs and email tools. Provide light support on Python/Django (maintenance, debugging, small updates). Requirements Fluent Spanish and English B2+ , comfortable with native speakers. Proven experience managing WordPress sites in production. Hands‑on experience with AWS LightSail , cPanel and CentOS-based servers . Solid technical SEO and use of Semrush or similar , plus PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse . Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and pixels. Experience using Zapier, Make, etc. for automations. Knowledge of WCAG and OWASP best practices. Nice to have: experience with Python/Django for light maintenance.
