You will translate established direction into high‑quality design outputs across multiple formats and channels. What You’ll Be Doing Design Execution : Execute visual designs in alignment with brand guidelines and design systems; produce high‑quality assets for marketing, sales, internal channels, including sales decks, one‑pagers, PDFs, social graphics, infographics, display ads, and presentations; redesign, refresh, and maintain existing assets; deliver final production‑ready files. Design Systems & Brand Support : Contribute to brand guidelines, templates, and design systems; build reusable templates and components; apply strong layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles. Collaboration & Delivery : Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross‑functional partners; support fast‑turn design requests while maintaining quality; work effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth handoffs. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional experience in Visual and UI Design Advanced English proficiency Four‑year college degree Experience producing marketing and brand assets across web, email, sales collateral, events, and campaigns Experience executing designs within brand guidelines, templates, and design systems Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable using Google Slides and Canva Strong background in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and design consistency Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and incorporating feedback Ability to manage multiple design requests while balancing speed, quality, and consistency in a distributed team environment Knowledgeable in preparing final, production‑ready files for multiple formats and channels Motion, light animation, or illustration experience is a plus Positive mindset and can‑do attitude Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams Experience with large complex systems Extreme ownership over your work and a commitment to deliver on commitments Ability to work 40 hours per week What We Offer Competitive salary Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, holidays) 100% remote work Opportunity to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies Health policy with Sura 100% for you and up to 4 primary family members English classes Food card Ample opportunity for career advancement Continuing education opportunities FullStack is proud to be an equal‑opportunity workplace.
