We’re hiring a Mid‑Level Visual Designer to craft intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences by combining research, design, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Position Title Mid‑Level Visual Designer Location Remote - Colombia What you will be doing The Visual Designer will drive the design process end‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery, shaping user‑centered solutions that balance business goals and user needs. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma, while conducting user research and usability testing to validate decisions. Your work will ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards, while you actively participate in reviews, advocate for design best practices, and refine solutions based on feedback and data‑driven insights. Your responsibilities will include: Shape and execute user‑centered design activities from discovery through to delivery, ensuring the highest quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, Stakeholders, and other Design experts, to create and iterate upon cohesive design solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using industry‑standard tools like Figma. Effectively communicate your design concepts, ideas, and rationales to team members, stakeholders, and clients. Participate in design reviews, contributing to feedback and iterations to refine solutions. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of user behavior data. Advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility, ensuring designs meet the needs of diverse user groups. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems. Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and/or mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Experience supporting design discovery and user research workshops with stakeholders and clients. Proven ability to work in a cross‑functional team within an Agile environment. Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in validating design solutions with customers and key stakeholders.
