• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
• +7 years of experience in software development projects
• At least three years of experience working on Agile Development projects.
• Experience working as Software Architect, Technical Leader, or Business Analyst Sr.
• Experience designing enterprise grade digital solutions by interacting with cross-functional teams including business and technology areas.
• Experience working in customer-centric environments.
• Ability to run technology selections exercises and benchmarking.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex problems.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized and result-driven.
• Strong sense of urgency, and excellent abilities to work under pressure.
• Out of the box thinking to solve challenges using digital technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presenting skills for interdisciplinary audiences including business and IT areas, at management and executive level.
• Very Good+ English.
Nice to have:
• Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering areas highly appreciated.
• Certifications as AWS Cloud Practitioner (AWS) or Azure Fundamentals.
• Understanding of outsourcing engagement models (Staffing, T&M, Fixed Price, etc).
• Experience preparing business cases for services and implementations including ROI, TCO and High-Level roadmaps.
• Knowledge of industry trends, mainstream technologies and emerging technologies.
• Capability to develop logical technical architecture.
• Understanding of value, value streams and value chain.
• Understanding of Digital products: CMS, Commerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, MDM/PIM.
• Understanding of Analytics solutions.
• Define, design and create solutions to our customers.
Required Languages• English Advanced 80-95%
