We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Azure Cloud Practice team. As a key member of our Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and maintaining complex cloud solutions aligned with the Well-Architected Framework.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to lead end-to-end cloud modernization and migration projects, ensuring comprehensive transformation and deployment. You will also have the chance to architect and deploy platform engineering solutions using Kubernetes for application modernization initiatives, facilitate cloud adoption by developing Azure Landing Zones, implementing governance, and building monitoring and security frameworks.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and maintaining complex cloud solutions aligned with the Well-Architected Framework.
  • Deploying and configuring core Microsoft Azure services with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in Kubernetes design, deployments, and management as part of cloud-native application modernization.
  • Well-versed in designing Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, security, DevOps, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in driving migration and modernization projects to Microsoft Azure, adhering to the Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Skilled in technical pre-sales, service offerings sales, or a similar domain.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing complex Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
  • Proficient in creating technical specifications or architecture documents covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, and system requirements.
  • Demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub, with a deep understanding of software development and DevOps practices.
  • Experienced in designing, monitoring, and gathering metrics from platforms to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Exceptional in both verbal and written communication, capable of leading and influencing virtual teams.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
  • Occasionally travel to engage with customers in the US, UK, and Europe.
  • Lead end-to-end cloud modernization and migration projects, ensuring comprehensive transformation and deployment.
  • Architect and deploy platform engineering solutions using Kubernetes for application modernization initiatives.
  • Facilitate cloud adoption by developing Azure Landing Zones, implementing governance, and building monitoring and security frameworks.
  • Implement DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies within cloud modernization efforts.
  • Engage in AI-driven modernization projects, leveraging advanced technologies.
  • Innovate by researching and building new capabilities, exploring both Microsoft and third-party services and solutions.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
