As a Claims Specialist, you’ll process and review healthcare insurance claims, track discrepancies, and cooperate closely with providers and insurance companies to ensure everything is handled smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Reviewing and processing healthcare insurance claims to ensure compliance with regulations. ✔️ Investigating discrepancies and claim denials, cooperating with providers and insurance companies to resolve issues. ✔️ Keeping detailed records of all claim activities, including payments, follow-ups, and communications. ✔️ Handling denied claims, identifying causes, and assisting with resubmissions or appeals. ✔️ Generating reports on claims status and trends to help improve accuracy and efficiency. ✔️ Coordinating with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim processes. What You Bring to the Table: ✅ Strong analytical skills – you’re great at spotting patterns and solving problems. ✅ Sharp attention to detail – accuracy matters when handling claims. ✅ Clear and professional English communication (B2+ level). ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. ✅ Familiarity with healthcare claims, billing, or insurance processes is a plus. ✅ Flexibility to align with U.S. time zones.
