Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Colombia) Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $4–$12/hour (based on experience) Job Level: Mid-Level About the Role We Clone You is hiring a Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter to support client outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, CRM experience, and a passion for sales support. You’ll work directly with clients to qualify leads , schedule appointments , and manage CRM data —all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective leads Qualify leads using predefined criteria Set and confirm appointments with clients or partners Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho) Follow up with unresponsive leads Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth handoffs to sales teams Track and report on performance metrics Perform basic administrative tasks as needed Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Appointment Setter , Sales VA , or similar role Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace What You’ll Get Remote work with flexible hours Hourly pay in USD ($4–$12/hour) Professional development and training A supportive team culture Referral bonus : $50 for each successful candidate you refer This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-savvy virtual assistant looking to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
