We are on the lookout for a Product Design Lead What would be your responsibilities if you join us? Lead major product design efforts, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Build and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, efficiency, and innovation across teams. Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide and validate design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights. Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product vision and strategy. Mentor designers, inspire creativity, and champion the value of design across the organization. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices—including generative AI—to enhance workflows, introduce new methodologies, and drive continuous innovation. There are some requirements that will make you stand out: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design initiatives and building scalable design systems. Extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions. Proficiency with design tools. Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, and design systems.
