Job Description As a Senior Training Officer, you be responsible for the work and development of Training Officers within the Colombian operation. You will also design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning and training interventions. Reporting directly to the Training Delivery Deputy Manager in Colombia and the Training Delivery Manager in the UK, we are looking for a training professional who has experience of consulting with managers and implementing learning & development interventions to support the growth of our Latin American operation. Working on-site from our Bogotá, Colombia office, you will be responsible for a team of Training Officers. You will oversee the creation and updates of Training materials, and support the further development and delivery of Operational Line Management Development Programmes in Colombia. You will collaborate with members of the Training Team in other bet365 locations to ensure alignment with the company vision and goals on a global scale. Successful applicants will be highly motivated, positive, fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be passionate about wanting to develop others. The position is offered on a full time basis and is office based in Bogotá, Colombia. Relevant training will be provided to build your knowledge and to provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in this role. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills, including the confidence to engage and converse with departmental and Senior Management. Proven experience of developing personal and interpersonal skills across diverse teams within a learning and development role. Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating comprehensive and effective management and leadership development programmes. Ability to present fluently in Spanish and English through a variety of formats. Desire to develop others. Ability to motivate self and others. Excellent working knowledge of skills and professional development best practice both in theory and practical application. Demonstrable experience of influencing at a senior level. Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages. Additional Information Engaging with Operational Managers to identify required learning and development needs. Designing new learning and training interventions and producing materials in accordance with the needs of the department and stakeholders. Establishing a management coaching and development culture within designated Operational departments to support continued organisational growth. Delivering effective training modules to people at all levels. Evaluating the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials based on established principles and models. Making recommendations for change to key stakeholders, based on effective analysis of learning requirements and company objectives. Coaching and developing Training Officers to ensure best practice is implemented in our learning and development interventions Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of research and trends within the learning and development sector. Representing the Training Department and acting as a point of liaison for dedicated departments.
