Job Description As a Dental Insurance Coordinator , you will handle insurance verification, claims submission, follow-ups, appeals, and payment posting to ensure timely reimbursement. You’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain clean patient accounts, support strong cash flow, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term contract 5-day work week 20 vacation days in total Fully customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to global clients Diverse and supportive work environment Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses The Qualifications We Seek Dentist qualification is a must 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Bilingual proficiency preferred, English and Spanish High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage high claim volumes and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Fast‑paced, team‑oriented culture Requires collaboration with clinical and administrative staff Supports multiple locations Your Daily Tasks Verify dental insurance benefits, including PPO and Medicare Advantage, prior to treatment Submit dental insurance claims accurately and on time Review explanation of benefits (EOBs) and post payments, adjustments, and denials correctly Track and follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims Prepare and submit insurance appeals and corrected claims with supporting documentation Ensure procedures are billed accurately and in compliance with payer policies Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim status and eligibility Coordinate with front desk and clinical teams to resolve documentation or coding issues Maintain accurate patient account records and insurance notes in the practice management system Identify denial trends and report issues to leadership Assist patients with billing questions related to insurance coverage and balances About the Client Supporting Dental Care Through Smarter Insurance Operations Our client is a healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality dental services through efficient, patient‑centered operations.
