Lean Solutions Group

We are seeking an experienced and analytical
Division Controller
to oversee financial operations and drive strategic performance across multiple business units. This role requires strong technical expertise in accounting and finance, along with the ability to lead core financial processes with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations for assigned business units.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare customer mix margin reports compared against forecasts.
  • Develop financial proformas for new warehousing projects and calculate ROI.
  • Prepare pricing for client requests using internal pricing models.
  • Perform monthly financial close functions and prepare financial statements.
  • Ensure quality control over financial reporting and financial transactions.
  • Provide insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
    in accounting, finance, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience preparing financial statements and managing close processes.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
