Acerca del puesto Head of Growth & Data Marketing Reconocida compañía Foodtech está en búsqueda de su Head of Growth & DataMarketing con un enfoque claro en estrategias de crecimiento y análisis de datos que sera responsablede diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa, utilizando datos para informar y optimizar cada paso del proceso. Reportando directamente al los founders, sus principales responsabilidades serán ¿Qué harás en esta posición? Utilizar análisis de datos para adaptar estrategias, identificar patrones de comportamiento del consumidor y ajustar KPIs para evaluar el rendimiento. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a través de análisis de mercado y competencia. Utilizar datos y análisis para comprender el comportamiento del cliente, identificar tendencias y oportunidades, y ajustar las estrategias de marketing en consecuencia. Implementar herramientas de análisis de datos para medir el rendimiento de las campañas y evaluar el retorno de inversión (ROI). Supervisar y optimizar la presencia digital, incluyendo sitios web y plataformas relevantes para la industria. Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características: Experiencia mínima de 8 años en marketing enfocado en data y growth. Habilidades analíticas destacadas con experiencia en consultoría estratégica, banca o roles de justificación cuantitativa. Conocimiento en tendencias tecnológicas. Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos y herramientas específicas del sector. Preferentemente poseer un MBA o algún estudio complementario ¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?
