Estamos buscando un Customer Success Analyst – PLENO para un importante cliente del sector. Si te apasiona ayudar, resolver y acompañar a los usuarios a través de canales digitales, esta oportunidad es para ti. Lugar: Cajicá, Cundinamarca Modalidad: Presencial con semanas híbridas Vacantes: 1 Funciones Clave Atender solicitudes por chat, correo y teléfono. Detectar fricciones en la experiencia digital y dar solución o escalarlas. Gestionar tickets complejos y dar seguimiento. Crear reportes de desempeño y proponer mejoras. Documentar interacciones en sistema de tickets. Requisitos Formación en Administración, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o afines (en curso o finalizada). Manejo de CRM y herramientas analíticas. Conocimiento intermedio de procesos financieros/digitales. Deseable experiencia Fintech / servicios financieros digitales / billeteras digitales.
