We seek to be on the cutting edge of modern operational excellence, designing our own mini‑ERP system, data analytics platform with a Big Query database, and building out more workflow automation every day. If you are interested in being a part of architecting the future instead of waiting for it to happen, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Inventory Controls: Process inventory invoices with precision, performing 3‑way matches with purchase orders, executing monthly inventory reconciliations, and helping with resolving discrepancies. Ensure Operational Excellence: Be the guardian of data accuracy across all operational records—vendors, purchase orders, inbound shipments, product data, lead times, and more—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Track Costs: Apply landed costs bills to inbound shipments and inventory transfers, helping us stay lean and efficient. Support Growth Channels: Dive into ad‑hoc and recurring tasks that power our wholesale orders and retail distribution, playing a pivotal role in our expansion. Bookkeeping: Provide bookkeeping and month‑end support in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for inventory‑related accounts, ensuring our financial records are always accurate and up‑to‑date. Tackle Exciting Projects: Take on ad‑hoc challenges like research, talent sourcing, and administrative tasks, showcasing your versatility and problem‑solving skills. Across all areas, the work is not only to execute but to build systems that eliminate tedious and manual processes along the way. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
