Role Overview Seeking a highly reliable and meticulous Financial Integrity Specialist (Bookkeeper) to safeguard the accuracy of our daily financial operations. This role is fundamental to maintaining a precise view of our cash flow and requires an individual with impeccable integrity and a commitment to detail. The successful candidate will take full ownership of core transaction processing, ensuring compliance and timeliness across all key financial records. What You’ll Do Daily reconciliations. Handling debit card chargebacks. Posting transactions into our QB. Managing our accounts payable. Solid English needed. Must be trustworthy. Who You Are QuickBooks (QB) Proficiency Daily Bank Reconciliation Accounts Payable (AP) Management Debit Card Chargeback Handling Solid English (Written & Verbal) Meticulous Attention to Detail Ethical Integrity / Trustworthiness Financial Data Confidentiality Time Management / Deadline Adherence Problem Identification & Resolution (Financial Discrepancies) Strong English communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and international teams.
