If so, this role is for you At Integrated Resources, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Associate – Recruitment to support our Barranquilla office. You’ll play a key role in monitoring recruitment processes, coaching recruiters, and ensuring that our talent acquisition meets the highest quality standards from day one. Responsibilities Audit the process through listening to calls to ensure compliance with the quality standards established by the organization. Provide feedback on the areas of excellence and areas of opportunity evidenced in the recruitment processes. Identify areas of improvement within the recruitment process. Propose corrective measures through a structured plan of the identified areas of improvement. Generate management reports as requested. Comply with the established productivity and the number of monitoring required daily, weekly or monthly. Qualifications Have at least one year of demonstrable experience as a QA in the BPO sector or related sectors. Have previous experience in the area of recruitment and selection (desirable but not exclusive). Handle office tools at an intermediate level. Demonstrate experience in managing feedback structures, managing support plans and continuous improvement. Possess knowledge in the creation and execution of action plans. Technician, Technologist or professional in administrative careers, commercial, human sciences or related areas. B2/C1 level of English.
