Wings Global Travel is seeking experienced Corporate Travel Consultants to join our team of specialists, supporting both LATAM clients and global corporate accounts. People are at the center of our business, and our customer service team drives our mission to ensure travelers reach their destinations on time, anywhere in the world. Main Responsibilities Process and respond promptly to all travel requests, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring client requirements are met at all times. Arrange and book global air, land, and sea travel following company and client travel policies. Work efficiently and accurately, providing correct documentation within required timelines. Ensure all quotes and travel documentation comply with the client’s travel policy. Advise travelers regarding visa, health, and entry requirements when necessary. Prioritize the use of approved preferred suppliers. Monitor travel-related issues proactively, informing clients of relevant changes and managing necessary updates to bookings. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in corporate travel consulting. Mandatory GDS expertise: Sabre and Amadeus. English C1 and Portuguese, strong ability to speak, read, and write both languages professionally. Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish. Strong business writing skills and ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients. Truly global experience, be part of an international, multicultural team.
