SuccessFactors Implementation & Sustainment Specialist Driving Projects from Vision to Value Realization Descripción del puesto: Resumen Coordinar toda la información contable con el fin de cumplir con la normatividad contable y tributaria vigente para la compañía. Principales responsabilidades y deberes Mantener actualizada la información contable, de manera que refleje la totalidad de las operaciones realizadas por la Compañía. Realizar dentro de los dos primeros días del mes las conciliaciones e informes necesarios para Casa Matriz: AR, facturación, gastos pagados por anticipado, impuestos, Intecompany, etc. Realizar mensualmente la conciliación de cuentas locales requeridas, IVA, Retención, Nomina, etc. Elaborar anualmente los Estados Financieros e informes relacionados, tomando en cuenta el marco normativo contable y tributario correspondiente a la Compañía. Revisión y verificación de la correcta imputación de las operaciones en sistema contable bajo la SAP. Autorizar las transacciones bancarias y pagos (proveedores, contratistas y empleados), previa aprobación del Controller y la Gerencia. Cualificaciones Profesional en Contaduría Pública con TP Vigente Conocimientos en Régimen Tributario, Contable, Cambiario e Impuestos Capacidad de Planificación y Organización Trabajo en Equipo Manejo de paquetes contables Elaboración de informes financieros y presupuestos Requerimientos físicos Competencias Orientación al cliente Comunicación efectiva Salud y seguridad Resolución de problemas Jugador de equipo Calidad del trabajo Construir y liderar equipos Gestionar el cambio Habilidades y conocimientos técnicos Logra resultados Trabajo en equipo Descripción del perfil: Supervisar todas y cada una de las actividades financieras y garantizar la exactitud e integridad de los registros financieros de la organización. Responsable de gestionar un equipo de profesionales de la contabilidad, coordinar los procesos financieros y proporcionar orientación para garantizar el cumplimiento de los principios y reglamentos.
