This role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision and strategic goals. The Lead Designer will provide mentorship, manage design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation. Responsabilidades Lead and inspire the design team to develop outstanding visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and diverse digital and print media channels. Ensure consistent visual identity across all creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining design excellence. Supervise design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and creative output. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team’s creative outputs remain innovative and competitive. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align design concepts with strategic project goals. Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster skill development and encourage creative experimentation within the team. Engage in strategic planning, understanding marketing initiatives and target audience to deliver compelling design solutions. Present design concepts and strategic approaches to stakeholders, adapting communication style to various audiences. Oversee the creation of prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Cualificaciones Proven leadership experience in a design role, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of designers. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in delivering high-impact design for both digital and print media. Excellent understanding of typography, color, and composition principles. Strong ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions, with a keen eye on emerging trends. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Openness to feedback and collaboration, with a proactive approach to improving team dynamics and project outcomes. Knowledge of motion graphics and experience working across various media formats is a plus. Knowledge and experience working with Figma.
