The candidate contributes to the overall success of the Payroll, Time, Attendance & Compensation/Global HR team, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Accountabilities Independently resolve complex, multi‑fasc­eted problems to meet business needs, applying HR and technological knowledge to design methodologies, models, and/or system solutions. This may involve rapid prototyping, iterative development of requirements and solutions, conducting research and analysis, defining user requirements and processes, re‑engineering HR business process workflows, and liaising with users. Manage multiple small HR technology projects and/or specific sections of large projects to implement technology solutions to HR business problems. Involve planning and scheduling resources, developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, securing consensus and cooperation from users and senior management, and ensuring timely delivery that meets HR business requirements, enhancing employee experience. Participate in the review of Quality Assurance test strategies for assigned projects/initiatives to ensure comprehensive, business‑consistent testing. Participate in the systems implementation process: defining business/technical requirements and processes, developing test strategies and test cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, developing conversion and implementation strategies, verifying conversion, providing user documentation, user training, and post‑implementation support. Ensure all activities follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Keep management informed and appropriately escalated problems and issues. Education / Experience / Skills Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information technology, computer science or a related discipline, along with 4–6 years of practical experience. Proficiency with SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred or comparable 2+ years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll on premise and/or ECP. The systems developed are online real‑time, mission‑critical applications supporting trading and risk management operations; inaccurate requirements could expose the bank to significant losses or risk. Well‑developed verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and articulate the underlying message effectively with different audiences, e.g., branch staff, senior IT management, internal business clients, and external vendors. Working knowledge of project planning and project management, with an expectation of developing thorough knowledge within the first 12 months on the job, including Waterfall and Agile Methodologies; Working knowledge of process methodology / mapping (modeling and charting workflows). The incumbent must also possess a very good understanding of current Electronic Data Processing practices, systems development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies, real‑time analytical and formal modeling tools, HR systems/processes and keep current with rapidly changing technology. Knowledge of Human Resource practices is required. Knowledge of processes and systems used within Human Resources Information Systems.
