B2B Expert: Market to other business owners, prioritizing leads and conversion rates over views. Founder-Focused: Experience working directly for a single entrepreneur and capturing a personal brand. English Savvy: Pristine English proficiency and understanding of U.S. cultural nuances. Role Requirements Must-have (hard requirements) 5+ years of content creation experience; 2–3 years leading or owning content projects end-to-end (U.S. experience preferred). Strong experience working with entrepreneurs or founder-led companies (preferably B2B). Demonstrable track record of content driving qualified leads, clients, or revenue (include metrics). Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable with Canva, basic graphic feedback, and common content tooling. Familiarity with analytics and funnels (email CRMs, landing pages) required. Nice-to-have Media buying / paid ads experience. Experience with YouTube growth and SEO. Experience working directly with founders to take content from idea to conversion. Responsibilities Lead content strategy and planning, including research, keyword/topic validation, and editorial calendar. Script long-form and short-form video content, including line-by-line short-form scripts. Coordinate shoot logistics, including booking studios/crew, planning sets, and giving shoot directions when needed. Work closely with the video editor to deliver final assets and iterate on edits. Manage posting schedules, platform optimizations, and distribution. Analyze performance and funnel metrics, linking content to lead generation and conversion. Support paid campaigns and advise on which content to scale with paid media. Effective immediately 7 paid company holidays (major U.S. holidays listed in original JD). Regularly paid company social events and game nights. Bi-monthly team training. After 3 months 1 local holiday choice per year. $100/year professional development allowance. One-time $50 workspace reimbursement. 10 days PTO and 3 sick days per year. After 1 year Healthcare reimbursement up to $50/month (eligible expenses).
