Talent Acquisition Operations Manager TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function supporting candidate onboarding. The position focuses on managing teams across multiple geographies (Colombia, Mexico, the US) and overseeing all onboarding activity from offer through to hire. It involves implementing efficient workflows, driving data‑driven insights, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The manager collaborates with stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of TA Operations professionals across multiple geos, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Service Delivery: Partner with the TA team to ensure successful delivery and compliance of all onboarding activity, including background checks, contracting, and onboarding documentation. Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine TA processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining, including the development and implementation of relevant AI tools. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, analytics reports, and dashboards. Track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and use data‑driven approaches to optimize processes. Applicant Tracking System Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ATS. Ensure data integrity, system updates, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Provide training to recruiters and hiring managers. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with legal and HR to update recruitment policies and procedures. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage a portfolio of talent acquisition vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance to ensure maximum value. Candidate Experience: Champion a proactive, data‑driven approach to enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, implementing feedback loops and leveraging insights to refine the hiring journey. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leaders across TA, HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align TA strategies with business objectives and provide operational guidance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition operations, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience. Qualifications Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and operational management. Experience managing onboarding, including background checks, contracting, and documentation. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working across LATAM and the US. Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ATS, and recruitment technologies. Proficiency in data analysis, metric reporting, and using recruitment analytics to drive improvements. Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices. Strong project management capabilities, able to lead complex cross‑functional projects. Strategic mindset to align operational strategies with talent acquisition and organizational goals.
