The challenge

As a Payments and Fraud Analyst (KYC), you are responsible for the analysis of customer accounts to counteract fraudulent behavior and to proactively minimize fraud trends through regular analysis of customer accounts. Betsson Group operates 17 brands, and you will process payments for the Colombian brand, ensuring any issues that arise from these transactions are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This Payments and Fraud team is a smaller team, enabling you to handle a wider variety of tasks and responsibilities.

You will:

  1. Process payments for the Colombian brand and address any issues that arise from these transactions in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide an enhanced customer experience by swiftly and safely processing customer withdrawals.
  3. Validate and verify various player-related documentation to comply with Colombian brand regulations.
  4. Ensure fraudulent transactions or activities are spotted and handled swiftly to minimize losses and mitigate repercussions.
  5. Assess and escalate cases accordingly to the responsible departments.
  6. Use acquired skills to research and discover/solve fraud cases involving, but not limited to, credit card fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, and phishing.
  7. Work together with Betsson Technologies and other departments to continuously improve internal systems and enhance capabilities.
  8. Collaborate with other areas of the department professionally and efficiently.
  9. The role is shift-based (Monday to Sunday). It is important that you are able to work flexible hours that include both day and night shifts, as well as working on weekends and public holidays.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  5. Strong knowledge of Excel and other relevant software.
