About the role
  • The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced, automated reports, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will also document the design of analytical products and train stakeholders to effectively use the BI tools you develop.
What you will do
  • Provide regular analysis to various internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, product, and others.
  • Deliver analytical solutions to support business operations, including automation.
  • Support management in data-related tasks, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams to deliver top-tier BI, reporting, and analytical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers by providing requirements and supporting the development process through testing and verification to ensure products meet expectations.
  • Ensure data quality and build credibility in the information delivered.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers on Data Warehouse development.
  • Provide training and support for self-service Tableau users.
  • Promote BI and reporting best practices and establish standardized workflows within the organization.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international company.
  • Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of relational database systems.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Spanish.
  • Experience with data lake solutions like Snowflake (a plus).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Scripting experience in Python (a plus).
