**Regional Chemical Industry Manager (Colombia-Argentina-Chile)**

Importante compañía de Ingeniería (Automatización e Instrumentación)
Reportando a la Gerencia de Marketing y al CEO, sus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Definir e implementar las acciones estratégicas para la unidad de negocio (Industria Química), por medio de la generación de planes comerciales y de mercadeo que incrementen el posicionamiento.
- Garantizar la inteligencia de mercado regional para la industria, realizando un análisis de las tendencias y segmentación del mercado por sub-industrias y a nível regional.
- Apoyar a la fuerza de ventas en el cierre exitoso de las oportunidades.
- Ejecutar y dar cumplimiento al presupuesto de ventas anual asignada a la industria a nível regional.
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de profesionales universitarios bilingües (mínimo B2), con experiência en cargos estratégicos y de liderazgo de áreas comerciales o de negocio, en compañías de Instrumentación y Automatización o industria química. Trayectoria en la gestión comercial y de crecimiento, con resultados comprobados en presupuesto de ventas y demás indicadores de gestión. Importante contar con conocimiento en CRM, así como disponibilidad alta de viajes nacionales y regionales. Perfil con Habilidades Comerciales, Comunicación Asertiva, Liderazgo, Creatividad y Energía.
