Gestionar el portafolio de productos de Trauma, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades del mercado y la estrategia comercial. Liderar el ciclo de vida de los productos (fase-in/fase-out), trabajando en conjunto con áreas de ventas, marketing y supply chain. Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades de expansión o ajuste del portafolio. Definir y actualizar estrategias de pricing basadas en valor, costos y posicionamiento competitivo. Colaborar con equipos globales y locales para implementación de lanzamientos, discontinuaciones y optimizaciones de línea. Brindar soporte técnico y estratégico al equipo comercial, incluyendo capacitaciones de producto y participación en eventos clave. Monitorear indicadores clave (KPIs) relacionados al desempeño del portafolio y proponer planes de acción. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas regulatorias y políticas internas relacionadas al manejo del producto.
