Enough about us, let’s talk about you As our Outbound Email Marketing Specialist, your mission is simple: own and execute email outreach strategies that drive qualified leads into our pipeline. We’re not looking for a basic email sender—we’re looking for someone who knows how to strategically build, test, optimize, and scale outbound email campaigns that convert. You’ll be the architect of our cold email engine: from researching and segmenting lists, to writing killer copy, to tracking performance and driving results. If you’re someone who loves the thrill of building scalable systems, testing relentlessly, and generating real sales opportunities—this is your role. What You’ll Do Own the entire outbound email process—from strategy to execution to reporting Research, build, and manage highly targeted prospect lists Write and test persuasive cold email copy and sequences Manage sending tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.) to ensure high deliverability and response rates Monitor key metrics (open rates, reply rates, positive response rates, conversions) and continuously optimize Collaborate with leadership and sales to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality Stay ahead of trends in cold email best practices and deliverability Report clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership What You’ll Need 3+ years of hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns Proven ability to generate qualified leads through cold email Strong copywriting skills—you know what gets attention and drives action Deep understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and list hygiene Experience with tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar Outstanding attention to detail—you catch what others miss Clear and fluent written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable) A data-first mindset and a relentless drive for results Ability to work independently and own outcomes with confidence Bonus Points Experience generating leads for home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and multi-channel prospecting Experience integrating outbound email efforts with a CRM (HubSpot, Close, etc.) You've successfully built outbound email engines from scratch You’re obsessed with performance and always testing new angles, messaging, and tactics Why People Love Working At Service Scalers Work from wherever—the internet is our office Paid vacation and maternity/paternity leave “Work hard, play hard” is how we roll We help each other win—“that’s not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary You’ll be part of a fast-growing team that actually cares and has fun doing it Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Service Scalers by 2x Get notified about new Marketer jobs in Colombia .
