Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Bilingual Interpreter (English-Spanish) at Language Services Associates. The Bilingual Interpreter will be responsible for providing real-time interpretation services between English and Spanish speakers. The role entails overcoming language barriers, ensuring accurate communication, and assisting individuals in various settings.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in interpretation
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Knowledge of cultural nuances and sensitivity
  • Professional certification or training in interpretation
  • Experience in a healthcare or legal setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Interpretation, or related field (not mandatory)
