**OJO A ESTO**

No tendrás funciones de servicio al cliente ni tendrás que vender, tu única tarea es **ser el intermediario entre dos personas que no hablan el mismo idioma**, debes **interpretar el mensaje que te den en Español y transmitirlo en Inglés de forma literal**. Puede que el mensaje que debes transmitir te conmueva, ya que pueden ser llamadas de todo tipo, como llamadas médicas, legales, del 911, etc, por lo cual pedimos mantener la compostura ante situaciones emotivas (aunque están no son recurrentes) y continuar brindando el servicio de interpretación de la mejor manera posible.
