You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets. How you will contribute Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross‑functional alignment Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximise sales and minimise write‑offs What you will bring Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills Microsoft Office applications High‑level SAP competence Experience in an FMCG/CPG company Customer‑facing role within customer service, logistics or sales Experience in an order‑to‑cash environment Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order‑to‑cash process Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Acerca de la posición Order Management Specialist es responsable del procesamiento eficiente y preciso de las órdenes de compra de los clientes, desde el ingreso al sistema hasta la asignación de inventario, garantizando el mejor nivel de servicio al cliente. Descripción de puesto Procesar las órdenes de compra entrantes de los clientes de manera rápida y precisa en el sistema de gestión de pedidos. Realizar asignaciones, modificaciones y ajustes de pedidos según los requerimientos y alineamientos del equipo multifuncional. Realizar seguimiento de las órdenes recibidas para asegurar su procesamiento oportuno. Colaborar para resolver las consultas de los clientes internos y externos y gestionar la entrega de pedidos dentro de los plazos y límites establecidos. Generar informes de seguimiento de órdenes y métricas de rendimiento. Revisar y validar la precisión de los pedidos procesados a través de la herramienta Elemica. Procesar notas de crédito/débito según las solicitudes de rechazos/devoluciones recibidas. Contribuir con ideas de mejora de procesos y estandarización. Ejecutar proceso según las políticas/controles definidos. Resolver problemas relacionados con las órdenes (cambios, cancelaciones, errores). Qué aportarás Experiencia de 1‑2 años en servicio al cliente, logística, order management, facturación, crédito, cartera o contabilidad financiera. Profesional/Técnico en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, y carreras afines. Buenas habilidades de razonamiento numérico, analítico y lógico. Orientación al cliente. Atención al detalle y precisión. Conocimiento general de los procesos de Order to Cash (OTC) y funciones de la cadena de suministro. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita) y trabajo en equipo. Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo. Conocimiento en MS Office y excelente manejo de Excel. Experiencia en compañías de Consumo Masivo. Deseable. Manejo de herramientas como Elemica y sistemas SAP. Deseable. Inglés nivel intermedio. Deseable. La modalidad es híbrida (2 días en oficina por semana) La contratación será por tiempo determinado, con fecha de término en Diciembre del 2026.
