• Descripción general Misión del cargo Responsable de asegurar la calidad de la red de fibra óptica en planta externa mediante la gestión oportuna de los riesgos identificados, y garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Supervisar la construcción de nodos de telecomunicaciones de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por UFINET. • Descripción de funciones y responsabilidades del cargo 1. Salir a campo de manera recurrente para auditorías de red de planta externa, atención de fallas y revisión de nodos Supervisar y acompañar el mantenimiento preventivo de la red de fibra óptica. 2. Gestionar el mantenimiento Correctivo de la red de fibra óptica. 3. Supervisar y asegurar las condiciones físicas de los nodos. (Racks, Tableros eléctricos, Escalerillas, ODFs, entre otros). 4. Acompañar las actividades de mantenimiento y ejecutar los cambios físicos solicitados por los ingenieros especialistas de red. 5. Analizar y reportar las condiciones de infraestructura de los nodos de telecomunicaciones durante su fase de construcción y entrega a la operación. 6. Analizar las mejoras aplicables a la zona que se gestiona. 7. Entrega de información de los trabajos realizados en terreno para su posterior documentación. 8. Presentar informes periódicos de la red. 9. Atender las solicitudes ante fallas y/o requerimientos de acompañamientos en las zonas. 10. Realizar actividades de certificación de servicios en cliente. 11. Apoyar actividades de manos remotas a Ingenieros N2 Latam. 12. Realizar actividades de recuperación de equipos. 13. Realizar demás funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato. • Educación: Técnico, Tecnólogo o Ingeniero en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o Sistemas con conocimientos en telecomunicaciones y redes de fibra óptica. Con tarjeta profesional. • Formación técnica deseable para el cargo: Nivel medio de Excel; conocimientos en Google Earth • Idiomas: N/A • Experiencia: 3 años en supervisión de redes de fibra óptica; interventoría a contratistas; empalmería de fibra óptica; trabajo en altura; control de procedimientos en red eléctrica; labores administrativas; tendidos de redes de fibra óptica. Experiencia en desarrollo de nodos y/o obras civiles en la implementación de nodos de telecomunicaciones y manejo de equipos ópticos y análisis de graficas OTDR. Conocimientos específicos en construcción y mantenimiento de redes de fibra óptica, conocimiento básico en redes de transmisión de telecomunicaciones (SDH, Ethernet, MPLS y DWDM), e infraestructura de telecomunicaciones.
