We're expanding our internal hiring team and seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join us in our mission to revolutionize global recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Actively source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Understand and communicate the value of our products and services. Identify and research new business opportunities. Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Collaborate on lead generation strategies. Provide information to generate client interest. Follow up proactively to secure appointments. Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets. Utilize scripts to present our services effectively. Requirements: 2+ years of B2B appointment setting experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting. Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and digital prospecting platforms. Familiarity with customer profiling and account-based marketing. Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of handling rejection professionally. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional calls WFH Set-up Requirements: A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later. A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option. A functional noise-canceling headset. A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
