Design engaging graphics, write compelling copy, and create short‑form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms. Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster strong brand relationships. Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. Utilize management tools like Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later to streamline posting and performance tracking. Qualities & Experience Algorithm Hacker : Understand platform logic to engineer hooks that stop the scroll within 3 seconds. Data‑Driven Creator : Measure, analyze CTR, retention, and engagement to iterate fast. Agency “Pressure‑Tested” : 1–3+ years of experience at a fast‑paced, U.S.‑based marketing agency. Stickiness : 3+ years in a primary role, demonstrating reliability and stability. Speed & AI Native : Leverage AI tools to iterate fast, edit quickly, and ship volume without sacrificing quality. DISC Profile (Influential Driver): High I (Influence/Creativity) and high D (Results‑oriented dominance). 2+ years hands‑on managing social media for U.S.‑based B2B or e‑commerce brands. Portfolio proving high‑engagement Reels/Carousels. Exceptional problem‑solver, extreme attention to detail (no typos). Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic agency environment, hungry to grow, and aligned with core values. Tools Mastery Management: Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later. Design & Video: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop. AI: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip. Project Management: Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
