This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever-changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role. You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. You will also be providing user support for network-related issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible.
