This role We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end‑user experience. This role combines hands‑on helpdesk support, network administration, cloud technologies, and IT asset management to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient systems across the organization. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals Support operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity tools Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system Support and maintain cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Slack, etc.) Manage user access, permissions, and identity services (e.g., Google SSO, IAM) Assist with cloud‑based backups, monitoring, and security best practices Support SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, etc. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues Assist with network security controls and access management Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning) Maintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure compliance Coordinate device provisioning, replacements, and returns Support onboarding and offboarding processes Follow IT security policies and best practices Assist with endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation (e.g., SentinelOne, Kandji/Iru MDM) Support audits and compliance requirements as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science 3+ years provided support in the form of Linux/Windows/Mac OS architecture Experience with automation engineering, switches and network technologies SaaS / Cloud experience (Google Workplace / Slack / 1Password / SSO) Strong understanding of system and application integration, as well automation engineering Able to work off hours for maintenance and projects Python or other language at a Novice level or higher Benefits 100% Company‑funded Health and Life Insurance for employees and immediate family members Indefinite‑term contract 20 days of vacations $2,000 USD annual Co‑working Travel perk $2,000 USD annual Professional Development perk Phone finance, Headphones, ome office equipment and Wellness Perks PayJoy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage people of all backgrounds.
