Since, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play Check out the GoodRec app here: What you'll do: You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our player community and helping people connect through the sports they love. As a Player Growth Associate , you’ll collaborate closely with the operations teams to ensure our programs run smoothly and scale effectively. Your responsibilities include: New Players: Support and run initiatives that attract and onboard new players to the app, helping grow our global sports community. Small Markets: Contribute to launching and expanding into new small markets, starting with soccer and volleyball. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during games or with players, and communicate solutions clearly with the team. Community Building: Help grow and engage our player community through social media and other communication channels. Training & Support: Assist with training initiatives to equip team members and provide ongoing support for new players. The ideal profile: Experience in operations, sales, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate or above). Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Passion for sports and community building is a plus Desire to be part of a fast-growing startup. Some key requirements: 1-3 years in commercial-related roles such as operations, customer service, marketing or sales. Leadership skills and a data-driven mindset. Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication (C1). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Communications (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience.
