**¿A quién buscamos?**
**¿Qué harás?**
- Reducir la tasa churn, a través del acompañamiento al cliente y las distintas estrategias que se puedan aplicar.
- Acompañar la cartera de clientes asignada durante todo su Customer Journey para que su experiência sea extraordinaria.
- Monitorear e incentivar la usabilidad de la plataforma por parte de los clientes.
- Aplicar iniciativas de engagement y retención de clientes.
- Mantener contacto permanente con las áreas internas de la empresa para gestionar de forma eficiente los requerimientos de clientes.
- Recopilar toda la información que el cliente nos traspasa (feedback, puntos de mejora, necesidades, reconocimientos, etc) y compartirla de forma ordenada con el área correspondiente.
- Gestionar a diario las tareas y proyectos relacionados a sus funciones.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Profesional con experiência trabajando en Customer Success.
- Manejo de CRM de clientes.
- +2 años de experiência en área de clientes.
- Experiência en gestión y seguimiento de clientes.
- Experiência trabajando en empresa SaaS.
