About the Role: The client is seeking a confident, business-oriented Virtual Assistant to serve as a Bilingual Appointment Setter . This role focuses on outbound cold calling to introduce the company, build relationships, and set qualified appointments for the owner and internal team. This is not a hard sales role . Your goal is to open conversations, gather accurate information, and position the company as a trusted go-to resource when demolition or clean-out services are needed. The role also includes CRM management, backend support, and automation assistance to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Conduct outbound cold calls to general contractors, property managers, and tradespeople Introduce demolition and clean-out services using clear, industry-appropriate language Secure qualified appointments by confirming interest and availability Communicate effectively in English and Spanish as needed Handle objections and rejection calmly while maintaining professionalism CRM Management & Data Accuracy Accurately log contact details and detailed call notes after every interaction Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Jobber and Go High Level Properly categorize leads (cold, warm, hot, past client, referral potential) Ensure data accuracy for long-term follow-up and marketing use Backend Operations & Automation Support Assist with follow-up automations based on call outcomes Support CRM synchronization between Jobber and Go High Level Help maintain backend workflows to prevent missed opportunities Assist with intake forms, submissions, and job-tracking documentation Internal Coordination & Process Improvement Collaborate with the owner, office manager, and admin team Take ownership of recurring operational tasks Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements Maintain consistent daily execution with minimal supervision Qualifications & Skills Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Calm, confident, and professional communication style Ability to learn construction-related terminology quickly Experience working with CRMs or backend systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient to rejection Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred but Not Required: Experience in construction, demolition, or property management Familiarity with Jobber or Go High Level Personality Traits & Cultural Fit Confident communicator with a steady, professional tone Comfortable initiating conversations with experienced professionals Resilient and emotionally steady under rejection or pushback Detail-oriented with strong ownership of data accuracy Business-minded with curiosity for systems and operations Teachable, adaptable, and open to feedback Reliable, accountable, and consistent in execution Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment ✨ Join a growing network of exceptional remote professionals We don’t just place you in a job — we match you with roles that fit your skills, career goals, and lifestyle.
