Overview Technical Project Manager - Venmo Merchant & Partner Sandbox No hands-on developer experience required, just a general understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), code repos, CI/CD tools, etc. However we require experience as a Technical PM of Minimum 3 years running projects, ideally 5 years. Understanding of Software Development, git repos, ci/cd, IaC Manage and drive the end-to-end project lifecycle for Venmo's Merchant & Partner Sandbox initiatives. Work closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope. Handle project planning, tracking, reporting, and status updates on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, maintaining a high standard of documentation. Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope and escalate when necessary to maintain momentum. Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) across teams following Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies. Build consensus and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment and continuous progress, even amidst ambiguity. Leverage best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AWS Cloud infrastructure to understand and support project technical needs.
