Extensive experience managing the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) as a project manager, encompassing discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. Substantial experience in managing IT, Telephony, and Software projects. Established record of fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships. Expertise in revenue forecast management and budget administration. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
