Como Finance Operational Excellence Lead, serás responsable de identificar oportunidades de mejora, diseñar soluciones que simplifiquen y automaticen procesos, y garantizar la eficiencia operativa en los flujos críticos del negocio (R2R, P2P, O2C, Tax entre otros).
Tu misión será impulsar la estandarización, mejorar la calidad de la información y optimizar tiempos de ejecución a través de análisis de datos, rediseño de procesos y herramientas tecnológicas.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades:

  • Mapear, documentar y optimizar procesos operativos y financieros, asegurando su alineación con las políticas globales.

  • Analizar data operacional y financiera para identificar cuellos de botella, riesgos y oportunidades de automatización.

  • Medir y reportar resultados de las mejoras implementadas (KPIs de eficiencia, productividad, calidad y cumplimiento).

  • Generar documentación técnica y funcional (PRDs, flujogramas, matrices de riesgo/proceso, manuales operativos).

  • Colaborar con equipos de Finanzas para garantizar la trazabilidad y sostenibilidad de los procesos.

  • Participar en iniciativas globales de estandarización y automatización promovidas por Excelencia Operativa.

Qué necesitamos encontrar en ti?

  • Experiencia comprobada de mínimo 4 años en Excelencia Operativa, Mejora de Procesos, Data Analytics.

  • Experiencia en automatización de procesos o análisis de datos (Power BI,  SQL, Python o herramientas similares).

  • Conocimientos en metodologías Lean, Six Sigma o mejora continua.

  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos financieros o de operaciones (CxP, CxC, Provisiones, Conciliaciones, etc.).

  • Capacidad de traducir datos en acciones concretas y mejoras sostenibles.

  • Excelente habilidad analítica, comunicación efectiva y mentalidad de resolución de problemas.

  • Pasión por los entornos dinámicos y ágiles, donde los desafíos se transforman en oportunidades de optimización.
     

Formación Académica

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas, Contaduría o afines.

  • Deseable certificación Lean Six Sigma Green Belt o similar.

  • Nivel de Inglés Profesional. Deseable portugués.
