One major responsibility will be helping us modernize how we document and scale our internal processes. Today, much of our institutional knowledge lives in a network drive (folders, Word docs, PowerPoints, etc.) or in people’s heads. We are intentionally moving away from that and toward SharePoint Pages as a true knowledge and process platform, not just a file repository. This person will: Review and inventory existing documents and folders Identify what should be converted into structured processes vs archived Create SharePoint Pages using a defined template (purpose, when to use, inputs/outputs, decision boundaries, escalation, etc.) Link or embed step-by-step process guides (Scribes) into those pages Apply consistent naming conventions and metadata Flag gaps, outdated content, or unclear processes for review This is not about uploading documents. It’s about organizing, structuring, and maintaining information systems so they are usable, scalable, and future-ready. Part 2: Operational Support for a Key Client (≈50%) The other half of the role will support one of our more labor-intensive client workflows, working closely with JADE on highly detail-oriented execution work. This includes: Kroger category standards related to images, including: Obtaining images Processing them to standards Confirming they are live and compliant online This work is repeatable, accuracy-driven, and time-consuming. It’s critical to execution quality but not a great use of senior internal time, which is why we see it as a strong fit for offshore support. Ideal Candidate Profile We are specifically looking for someone who: Has experience managing information systems, documentation systems, or knowledge bases Is comfortable working in SharePoint (especially Pages, not just document libraries) Is highly detail-oriented and disciplined Is strong at turning unstructured or messy information into clean, organized, repeatable processes Is comfortable working from templates and standards Has strong written English and can clearly summarize and organize information Can handle both repeatable operational tasks and longer-term systems work without losing rigor Backgrounds that tend to fit well: Information Systems or Management Information Systems Knowledge Management or Process Documentation Business Operations with strong systems exposure Prior roles supporting SOPs, internal systems, or operational workflows This is not a strategy role and not a pure admin role. It’s best suited for someone who enjoys precision, systems, and execution. Location / Time Zone Preference We have a strong preference for candidates based in Latin America, primarily due to time zone alignment with our U.S. team. Working hours that closely overlap with U.S. business hours are important for real-time collaboration, responsiveness, and ongoing coordination with internal stakeholders.
